You’ve scored a good project, congratulations! The design, management and manufacturing have all been completed in-house at your local facilities. Now you only need to ship, install and commission the equipment at a location far from your factory. DESIGN VERIFICATION
The mechanical, hydraulic and electrical design of your machine is completed and software engineers are working on the first draft of the control software. You are about to start production of the first parts. The big question remaining is: Will it all work as intended? And maybe even more important: Will it all work as required?
In many projects we see that small things have been overlooked during the engineering phase. These small things might look unimportant, but resolving them during a FAT or even during a SAT generally require significant resources (both in time and money).
As we are not specialists, but generalists we have a basic understanding of all fields involved. Combined with our strong common sense and focus on the practical functioning of your machine we can assist you in the verification of your design:
Is the machine easy to assemble (and possibly disassemble for maintenance)?
Does the designed machine do what it needs to do?
Does the design match the contractual specifications?

CLIENT REPRESENTATION
You have made the purchase of a new machine and would like to follow up on the progress of the build of your new machine. Unfortunately the supplier is located more than 1000km from your office, making a 2 hour meeting a 3 day undertaking. In this case we can assist you!
